With a surprising talent for mastering tile craftsmanship, Justin acquired his skills from his father's 40-year-old tile business and even taught tile classes at Home Depot during his college years. His dedication to precision and quality is unmatched.

Justin lives by the motto "In the end, we only regret the chances we didn't take," guiding our engineering projects with courage and innovation. As a tea aficionado, he brings a calm and thoughtful approach to leadership.
