The scope of work included modifications to the existing residential units to accommodate cooktop and oven combinations, necessitating updates to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to support these kitchen appliances.

A3 Engineering was responsible for the MEP design, ensuring a seamless integration of the new kitchen appliances while maintaining compliance with applicable building codes and safety standards. This conversion enhanced the functionality and livability of the residential units, supporting the transition to market-rate housing.
